First Cohort Starts on May 1st ~
A 12-module learning experience for technology professionals who design and deliver digital ecosystems.
Systems Rearchitected shifts linear, reductionistic software thinking towards a systems architecture approach.
Unlike frameworks and templates that dictate what to think, Systems Rearchitected focuses on how you think – improving your ability to navigate complexity, develop impactful recommendations and influence systemic change.
Take a 12-module learning journey and develop your systems skillset
Starting in March, a new module will be published every month. Explore essential (but often-overlooked) concepts and practices critical to systems thinking and design.
From your learning facilitator
For 20+ years, I’ve engineered, architected, and transformed software systems. The challenges that I faced weren’t just technical – how we think, communicate, and make decisions about systems caused more pain than bugs in code or Kubernetes.
Across multiple organizations, I've faced these challenges repeatedly, pushing the same rock up different hills only to see the patterns recur. I wanted to stop trying to control development and figure out how to design knowledge systems that enable real transformation.
That’s why I wrote Learning Systems Thinking, speak at international tech conferences, and founded the SystemCrafters Collective.
If you’ve ever struggled with:
Rigid, mechanistic approaches to complex software systems.
Rickety architectures held together by duct tape and Minions,
Superficial transformations that change the tools but maintain systematic blockers.
Dysfunctional communication across silos and hierarchies..
Seeing systemic solutions but not being heard.
Firedrilling rather than problem solving.
Feeling like an outsider when you challenge the status quo with divergent thinking.
You are not alone.
“Systems can't be controlled, but they can be designed and redesigned.”
— Donella Meadows, Thinking in Systems: A Primer
What needs
to change?
How do we
change it?
Think in Systems by mastering skills like systemic reasoning, pattern design, and knowledge synthesis
Design Relationships between parts of a system by architecting communication structures.
Increase Your Influence with trustworthy recommendations that shape the direction of initiatives—even when you don’t have direct control.
Solve Wicked Problems by learning with others and translating complex technical ideas across teams.
Challenge Systems of Power that obstruct valuable change by generate knowledge flow.
Design for Impact by building knowledge-driven systems, not just software.
Enjoy Knowledge Work and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions, together.

Cohort Groups practice together for three modules. Once per week, cohorts practice hands-on exercises, like collective modeling, prototyping and recommendation building.
Guest facilitators, with real-world experience, will share their relevant knowledge.
